This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or browser storage to save your enquiry. Fonts, images and scripts are served with the site.

The hosting provider may record technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested pages, timestamps and errors in server or security logs. These records support delivery, troubleshooting and security of the website.

Your quote request

The form asks for your name, email address, service interest and project details. These details are used to prepare a message in your browser. Preparing a request does not submit it to SparkNet. The website does not save the form in a database.

Opening a WhatsApp draft passes your message to WhatsApp to prepare the conversation, before you press Send. Opening an email draft passes it to your email application. Those services may process data under their own privacy policies, including outside South Africa. You decide whether to send the message. Copying the request places it on your device’s clipboard.

Once you send an enquiry, SparkNet receives the details through the channel you choose and uses them to respond, understand your requirements, prepare a quotation and manage any work you agree to. Providing your details is voluntary, but we need enough information to respond. Please do not include passwords, ID numbers, bank details or other sensitive information in your enquiry.

Use, sharing and retention

We use enquiry information to take steps at your request before entering an agreement, fulfil agreed services, meet legal obligations and manage legitimate business and security needs. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Information may be handled by the people and service providers needed to manage your enquiry, communications or agreed work, or disclosed where the law requires it. It is not offered for sale. Records should be kept only as long as necessary for their purpose, relevant legal obligations or a dispute, then securely deleted or de-identified. Contact us for details about the records or retention period relevant to your enquiry.

Your choices and rights

Under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion where applicable, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Legal recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
